Arista EOS: % - Pending BGP convergence when "show bgp evpn"

1. Router(RR) receives 4 bgp evpn prefixes from RRC

3. Check the NH, it was resolved in the tunnel rib

4. The cause is the mis-configuration under router bgp evpn address family. The EOS needs to know to resolve the NH by using the mpls NH tunnel rib.
